In Sumgait State Drama Theatre with support of Qartal Construction Company, presentation of the film “Sultan of Dare” produced by “Dunya TV” was held.

This documentary film is dedicated to battle way of the brave warrior, the veteran of  Karabagh and Afganistan wars, the colonel-lieutenant with Azerbaijan Flag Order-  Soltan Bandaliyev.

The Director  of  Qartal Construction Company and  the  producer  of this  film during opening ceremony stressed important  role  of  such films in military-patriotic upbringing of  youth and gave first word to  mr. Teymur Samadov – the  deputy of  Executive  Authority  of Sumgait  city.

On the eve of Novruz holiday a banquet has been orginized for 250 Sumgait inhabitants who is Garabagh veterans, participants of the Great Patriotic War and labor veterans, food packages delivered to them. Concert program orginized with participation of famous singers invited from Baku such as Mahabbat Kazimov, Yusif  Mustafayev, Gunel Almazova, Arif Guliyev, Ramiz Mammadov.

Qartal Construction Company constructed  Malibay village  medical station of Lachin Region Central Hospital  by its  own initiative.
